Registration for 2009 is Now Open.
NOTICE: APIII 2009 PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT … We were recently informed that Pittsburgh will begin hosting the G20 Summit on the last day of APIII (Thursday, September 24). With the expectation that the city may become very congested and busy, we have decided to merge Thursday’s ½ day program with programs on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Sept 20 — 23). This will allow our attendees the opportunity to leave after the program adjourns on Wednesday, September 23 (4:30 pm) or early Thursday, September 24, avoiding delays in getting to the airport.
Any individual wishing to attend the 14th Annual Advancing Practice, Instruction, and Innovation through Informatics (APIII 2009) Conference must register online, by mail or by faxing the registration form (PDF) . Registration forms submitted without full payment cannot be processed and will be returned.

We strongly encourage early registration, as space is limited for this meeting. Registration forms submitted without full payment cannot be processed. June 1, 2009: Advance Registration Deadline ($100 savings)
August 1, 2009: Deadline for Cancellation of Advance Registration to receive registration refund, less processing fee of $100

Payments
Payment must accompany each registration in order to hold your place. Online registrations require the use of an accepted credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express only) Registration forms submitted without full payment cannot be processed.
Cancellation / Refunds.
Request for refunds must be made in writing and sent by mail, e-mail or fax. A processing fee of $100 will be applied to refunds requested by August 1, 2009. No refunds can be made after August 1, 2009. Cancellation requests must be made to Wendy Frank by email: frankwm@upmc.edu or by fax (412) 623-2814.

APIII is discounting this years registration fee by $100 to assist institutions with budget constraints. We hope you will take advantage of this discount by registering early
