To ensure proper routing of materials / equipment to your exhibit booth, please use the shipping label enclosed in your exhibitor packet. Please list your company name and total number of boxes.
Exhibitor Registrations
Each company representative working in or visiting the exhibits will be required to register and wear an identification badge. An exhibitor will be permitted to register two company representatives, unless otherwise stated in their level of sponsorship. All exhibitor company representatives are encouraged to pre register on-line to avoid time-consuming lines at the conference.
Exhibitor Badges
- All exhibitors must be registered / Online registration is required.
- Exhibitors will receive two complimentary exhibitor badges and gain access to the educational sessions per booth purchased.
- Additional badges for exhibit personnel may be purchased for $325 per badge.
- Badges will not be mailed in advance but may be picked-up on-site at the registration desk.
- Each person issued an exhibitor’s badge must be employed by the exhibiting company or have a direct business affiliation.
Electricity Charges
Power Drop - $300 for a 2 outlet plug and $100 additional day, when additional power is required.
Miscellaneous Hotel Fees
Box Delivery/Holding fee: $3.00 / piece / day will be assessed to the exhibitor for any items that are delivered to the hotel. The hotel will not be responsible for any items shipped to, stored or shipped out of the hotel. If assistance is required a labor fee of $30.00/ hour will be billed assessed. Any items unclaimed for longer than 3 months will be discarded. A clean-up fee of $30.00/hour will be charged when required (at discretion of hotel)
Booth Relocation Policy
Every effort will be made not to relocate an exhibitor’s booth. However, should relocation be deemed necessary, the exhibitor will be notified and offered the opportunity to relocate the exhibit.
Exhibitor Access to Exhibit Hall
Exhibitor personnel will be allowed access to the exhibit hall during the times listed below. Request for access to the hall before these hours, or after closing hours, must be made in advance by contacting the Registration Desk.

NOTE: All booths must be completely dismantled and clear from the exhibit hall by 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 23, 2008. A clean-up fee of $30.00/hour will be charged when required (at discretion of hotel).

A block of rooms will be held at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center Hotel at the special rate of $134.00. Deadline for reservations will be September 22, 2008. Please contact the hotel at 412-471-4000. Please tell reservations you will be attending the “APIII Conference”
