Limitations
- Gross dictation still transcribed
- Limited Synoptic reporting with dumb terminal
- No additional PC functions (Image integration, Links to other hospital systems, Web based resources, …)
- Inaccurate SNOMED coding secondary to diagnostic nomenclature variance
- Offload transcriptional activity onto professional staff
