- Dynamic Healthcare Tech Inc (DHTI) /CoPath (client server by 8/98)
- Autocyte Image Management System (AIMS) purchased exclusively by DHTI
Solutions:
- Good chance that the 3 vendors will create “seamless” interfaces between components (Flexilab, CoPath, AIMS)
- Pathology Informatics at UMPC has been driving the development at SQ and DHTI for the past decade and developed the imaging system AIMS.
- We are forming a Integrated Reporting Focus Group (URL = http://www.pathology.pitt.edu/irfg ) at our national meeting Advancing Pathology Informatics, Imaging and the Internet (URL = http://www.pathology.pitt.edu/apiii98 ) which should bring to the table the following sites:
- Cleveland Clinic, Columbia Presbyterian, Quest Diagnostics, Detroit Medical Center, Geisinger, Mass General/Partners Health, Mayo Clinic, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Ohio State, UPMC, San Francisco General, Jefferson, UCSF, Univ Illinois, University of Washington, West VA University and at least 54 sites.
