The AFIP World Wide Web site is a comprehensive look into the activities of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. Serving the AFIP's mission of consultation, education, and research, the AFIP WWW site offers a wide range of information on the AFIP, from latest news to Web-based submission of telepathology cases. Potential contributors can easily locate information necessary for sending cases for consultation to the AFIP. Also available on the AFIP web site is pricing, departmental contacts, and the contributors request form for review and/or download. View the AFIP Telepathology Archive, filled with actual cases submitted to our telepathology service.
The AFIP WWW site provides AFIP course information, online registration, and online CME in a number of departments, including the Departments of Hepatic and Gastrointestinal Pathology and the Department of Legal Medicine. Departmental home pages serve a vast amount of educational material, as well as providing contact information for the AFIP staff.
The Electronic Poster Gallery serves as a showcase for cutting edge research, as it archives poster sessions presented by the renown AFIP staff at national and international meetings. The What's New section keeps our friends around the world up to date on the latest happenings at the AFIP.
