APIII Annual Meeting and Exposition Sponsorships

Sponsorship Opportunities

The APIII Conference Sponsors provide unrestricted grants to help defray the cost of various elements of the meeting. All Sponsors are acknowledged in advance publications to the extent possible, so the earlier you make your sponsorship commitment, the greater the visibility you will receive. Marketing Opportunities

Marketing and Sponsorship Opportunities for Exhibitors

Exhibiting at the 2007 APIII Conference will be your best opportunity to reach the world's top gathering of informatics scientists, clinicians, academic and practicing pathologists, whether you are selling, promoting your company, establishing your corporate message, researching the market, or introducing new products. Take advantage of this unique marketing opportunity.

The APIII Conference offers many opportunities for exhibitors to enhance their presence at the meeting and increase their visibility. APIII has designed its Annual Conference exhibit area with the needs of exhibitors in mind and does all it can to ensure that your company will experience substantial booth traffic.  We recognize the value exhibitors add to the meeting, and we make every effort to maximize exposure opportunities

Exhibit Hall traffic is increased through….

  • Electronic Poster Sessions, located in the Exhibit Hall, encouraging attendees to view the entire hall, including your booth.
  • Morning and afternoon breaks are served in the Exhibit Hall, which draw crowds into the hall.  Sponsoring a breakfast or break is one low-cost means of driving traffic to your booth.
  • Free company product description listing in the APIII Conference Program that is provided to exhibitors who apply by June 1, 2007.
